Goanglobal Policy and Terms
Client Obligation
1.The Client shall ensure that the property is accessible to employees of Goanglobal Interiors and any third party suppliers providing services throughout the duration of the works.
2.The client will ensure that utilities such as electricity and water are available for use at the property throughout works and at no cost to Goanglobal Interiors.
Fee Quotation and Payment
5% to begin design (Non-Refundable)
35% to move to production (Non-Refundable)
45% before dispatch (Non-Refundable)
Cancellation, Returns & Delays
Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving a delivery are not valid for returns or replacements. Customised and made-to-order furniture pieces, purchased from Goanglobal, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery Delays.
Failure or delay in obtaining any article or service from suppliers shall not affect the terms and conditions relating to any other article or service covered by this Agreement.
Other conditions
Formalities related to entry pass of workers and materials shall be provided by the company
